How to Book
Please read our Booking Terms
Contact us by telephone or email with your choice of property and dates, you can check availability on calendars of each property, (blue available /orange not available). The calendars are 99% up to date and adjusted on a daily basis.
When a property and date has been clarified with Abersoch Quality Homes, then a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the rent is required, plus a non-refundable booking fee of £24
Ways Of Payment:
DEBIT / CREDIT card Please note: Debit Cards are FREE to use, a charge of 1.5% will be applied for credit card use. Our credit card processing complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
CHEQUES payable to “Abersoch Quality Homes”. Please note we only allow three working days for the cheque to arrive. After this the provisional booking is cancelled.
The remainder of the balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival, and at this stage a security deposit of £200 of which is totally refundable if property is left as found.
When the final balance payment is received, two to three weeks before your arrival you will then receive instructions for key arrangements, directions and other useful information.
