Glan Y Don Bach, Abersoch is a very cosy 2 bedroom cottage with spectacular and unrivalled views across Abersoch Harbour beach and Cardigan Bay to the Snowdonia mountain range.  The cottage is across the road from the shore of the River Soch, right in the Abersoch village centre so all amenities are very close by.

GROUND FLOOR

Side door into a small hallway with doors off into:

KITCHEN with electric oven, fridge with freezer box, , washing machine, microwave, table with four chairs, stereo / radio, spot lights, electric heater and all other kitchen amenities.

LOUNGE with two seater leather sofa, two chairs, wall lights, lamp, TV with built in DVD, coffee table, open fire and electric heater.  Views over Abersoch harbour and Snowdonia.  Door out onto patio area.

BATHROOM with bath, shower over, wash basin, toilet, mirror cabinet with light above, towel holder, cupboard space and electric heater.

FIRST FLOOR

Narrow staircase from kitchen leading up to:

BEDROOM 1 Twin room with bedside cabinet, lamp, built in wardrobes, mirror and electric heaters.  Views over Abersoch Harbour and Snowdonia.

BEDROOM 2 Twin with bedside cabinet, lamp, built in wardrobe, draws, mirror and electric heater.

FAMILIES / COUPLES ONLY / NO SMOKING / NO PETS

OUTSIDE private garden with grassed area to the side and back of the property with garden furniture.

PARKING for one car in shared car park with Glan Y Don, further on road parking opposite.

BEDDING: Guests to bring own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.

Please note: There is a fuel charge of £20 per week from the beginning of September to end March.
