How to Book

Please read our Booking Terms.
Contact us by phone or email with your choice of property and dates. You can check availability on the calendars of each property, (blue available / white not available). The calendars are usually 98% up to date unless I am awaiting for a deposit to arrive.
When a property and date has been clarified with Abersoch Quality Homes, then a deposit of 18% of the rent is required, plus a non-refundable booking fee of £20
Please note: There is a time limit of 3 working days allowed for the arrival of the deposit. After this, the provisional booking is canceled.
The remainder of the balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival with also a security deposit of £200 of which is totally refundable if property is left as found.
When final balance is received you will then receive instructions for key arrangements, directions to the property and other useful information. You will receive all information two weeks before your arrival date and a courtesy call one week before arrival.
