KITCHEN with modern fitted units, electric oven, grill, hob with extractor fan above with lights, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and all other kitchen amenities.  Door through into conservatory.

CONSERVATORY with table, chairs, side unit with flat screen TV / DVD, washing machine and tumble dryer. Door into back garden.

Hallway L shaped with airing cupboard.

BEDROOM 1 with ensuite shower room.  Kingsize bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, built in wardrobes with shelves and dressing table area with mirror.  Ensuite with shower cubicle, wc, wash basin built into vanity unit, tiled flooring and heated towel rail.
