Situated on a lovely private plot with a completely enclosed patio area. The Warren beach is approximately a five minute walk away. The leisure facilities, indoor and outdoor pool are close by.

Kitchen with fridge / ice box, freezer, second fridge ideal for drinks, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker with double oven / grill, gas hob, extractor fan above with lights and all other kitchen amenities.

BEDROOM 1 with en suite. Double bed with matching headboard, curtains, bedcover and dressing table chair.
