Booking with Abersoch Quality Homes is simple and easy by following these 3 steps...
STEP 1 - Select a property that suits your requirements best. (We are always here to help make your decision easier if you are unsure or have more than one property on your wish list)
STEP 2 - Check availability. Availability can be found on each property listing (White available /Blue NOT available). The calendars are 99% up to date and amended on a daily basis.
STEP 3 - Give us a call on 01758 730729. A 20% deposit of the total holiday cost, plus a £30 booking fee is required to secure a booking, now you can sit back and relax, your holiday is booked.
STEP 4 - 8 weeks before your arrive the final balance is due, at this stage we take a £200 security deposit (dependent on property) which is fully refundable if the property is left as found.
Alternatively, please fill out our Booking Request Form below and we will contact you to confirm your booking. Please Note, no booking is confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from Abersoch Quality Homes.
Coronavirus (Covid-19) Booking Terms
The following options are available should your booking be affected by Covid-19 restrictions;
– Amend your booking to a different date with no amendment fee.
– Cancel your booking and receive a full refund, minus the £30 booking fee.
*We will do our best to contact all guests who are affected by the legal restrictions, however, it remains the responsibility of guests to ensure they are complying with the law.
Booking Request Form
We will then send you a confirmation showing all the details of your holiday, with any remaining balance and the due date. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before arrival, at this stage a security deposit of £200 is payable which is totally refundable if the property is left as found. When the final balance has been received, we will send key arrangements and directions 2 - 3 weeks before you arrive.
DEBIT / CREDIT Card - FREE to use. Our card processing complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Protection Security Standard.
BANK TRANSFER - We accept bank transfers, bank details are available upon request.
CHEQUES - Cheques will only be accepted with preauthorisation from Abersoch Quality Homes.
