LOUNGE Having a thoroughly modern open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area decorated to a high standard in neutral and blue tones with wooden flooring and  the décor being inspired by the houses stunning coastal location, it is time to escape to a simple life by the coast.

The living area has contemporary blue sofas, wooden coffee table, nest of tables and a modern glass television unit with flatscreen TV with Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii Consoles.  There are two large azure blue bean bags that add to the seating and a log burning stove set on a granite hearth.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA Thoughtfully restyled kitchen creating a superb spacious area. Redesigned to maximise the space. There is an excellent selection of base and wall mounted units in a contemporary modern shaker style with complimenting granite effect worktop. Inset stainless steel sink with drainer , integrated oven, microwave, tiled splashback with extractor hood above. Free standing fridge and freezer. Dishwasher and washing machine.
