LOUNGE 

This open plan space has been meticulously refurbished to a high specification. Decorated in muted tones  this space has a large inviting grey corner sofa with brightly coloured scatter cushions and accent pictures. There is a smart television positioned on a glass side table and a large tribal inspired rug. Contemporary wooden flooring throughout and stairs that rise to the first floor.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA 

This open plan space flows into a beautifully designed kitchen benefitting from a contemporary feel with fully fitted wall and base units in muted tones with the addition of a large centre island which provides seating for 5 persons on stools and high backed chairs. The kitchen has an integrated electric hob, grill and oven and separate microwave, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher and washer/dryer. This sleek kitchen has been designed with great care and attention to detail and maximises the open plan living aspect. It has marble composite work tops and shelving adding warmth to this contemporary space. The window is dressed with an Orla Kiely blind that looks out into the rear garden.

There is also a three seater sofa in the kitchen area providing another area to relax after a long day at the beach. French doors open onto the garden.

GARDEN 

A private fully enclosed space, mainly laid to lawn with a paved patio area which has an outside dining table and chairs.

BEDROOM 1 

A light and airy double bedroom, decorated in cool tones. Double bed frame with feature upholstered headboard and matching contemporary bedroom furniture which includes a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side tables with dusky pink side lamps. Electric heater and window dressed with a striped roman blind.

BEDROOM 2  

A good sized double bedroom with coordinating white modern bedroom furniture and a grey bed frame with upholstered headboard. This calming bedroom has been tastefully accented with chartreuse side lamps and decorative cushions. The window is dressed with a roman blind overlooking the rear of the property.

BEDROOM 3 

A bunk room providing sleeping for two persons. White contemporary furniture comprising chest of drawers and bunk beds. A venetian blind dresses the window that looks out to the rear of the property.

BATHROOM

A decadent family bathroom, finished to a high standard and comprising a large walk in shower, vanity basin and WC, decorated in cool greys with feature victorian inspired tiles used as a splashback behind the basin. Accented with a brass wall lamp and shelf.
