This delightful contemporary property which is in a prime location and has very close proximity to Abersoch village and its beaches. Number 3 Pen Y Bont is at the end of the mews style properties located on the former site of The Riverside Hotel, because of it’s end location it benefits from being larger in size to most of the other properties in this development.

Ground Floor

LOUNGE/DINING AREA At the heart of the property this fabulous open plan living space which accommodates the lounge, dining area and kitchen has been cleverly designed to maximise the use of space. The lounge has a contemporary steel grey corner sofa and two-seater sofa with a range of black co ordinating furniture which includes a corner media cabinet, coffee table and side table and dining table with six chairs. There is a flat screen television and sound-bar and an electric, stone coloured traditional wood burning stove.
