The property

4 Boat Yard is a charming mid-terrace holiday home situated on the outskirts of Abersoch village in Gwynedd.

4 Boat Yard is a fantastic home-from-home for a large family of eight, with plenty of parking and wonderful self-catering accommodation for a beachside stay.

After taking in the sea air and your gorgeous setting, step inside the abode to stretch out on the big corner couch in the living room and choose from the selection on the Smart TV; the well-presented room also has a BOSE speaker to complement your evening enjoyment.

Continue to the spectacular kitchen, which features contemporary cabinetry with granite countertops, as well as a variety of appliances and an additional television!

The dining table is a terrific place to catch up with your friends over meals and talk about your coastal adventures.

The kitchen leads to a covered decking area with ample lighting for an evening meal, whether prepared in the kitchen or on the Webber Gas barbeque.

After spending quality time with your party, head upstairs to an elegant double room with a Smart TV and a balcony where you can make the most of the sunshine.

On this floor, you'll also find a double room with nautical accents and a Smart TV, as well as a wonderful bunk room with a TV.

The rooms on the first floor all have access to a communal bathroom that is home to both a bath and walk-in shower, as well as an additional shower room downstairs for added convenience.

Those seeking some alone time will appreciate the property's second floor, which features a big king-size room with skylights and a TV, and also a handy en-suite shower room.

Being on the outskirts of Abersoch, your facilities are less than a mile away, as are lovely beaches where you can indulge in a variety of sports ranging from surfing to simply sunbathing; ardent golfers will additionally be glad to learn that Abersoch is home to two golf courses!

Walking enthusiasts should take one of the several routes heading from the property, such as the Abersoch to Machroes route and the Wales Coast Path, to see a variety of vistas along the shoreline, as well as a selection of beaches on Gwynedd's southern shore.

Bring the family to Llanbedrog for a morning at the Plas Glyn y Weddw Gallery, a museum of modern art housed in a Gothic mansion, before dining at Tremfan Hall and relaxing on Llanbedrog Beach.

Travel farther out to Morfa Nefyn and Nefyn for a visit to a magnificent maritime museum and a brewery, or continue down the coast to Pwllheli, a lovely port town .

Choose the fantastic 4 Boat Yard for a great holiday in Abersoch.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £200.

About the location

ABERSOCH

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.

Note: Due to the location, there can be passing tractors and boats launching. Note: Towels are Not provided
