The property

Located in the thriving village of Abersoch, on the Llyn Peninsula, rests this remarkable four-bedroom holiday home, Hillside.

Boasting a fantastic variation of views, ranging from the rolling greenery of the countryside, the rooftops of Abersoch and the tranquil waters of the coast in the distance, Hillside is an idyllic base for a seaside retreat.

Parking for up to four vehicles welcomes you on the driveway at the foot of this lovely dwelling, enticing you to step inside and enter into the large living/dining room, beautifully-appointed with tasteful décor and leather sofas, inviting you to kick off your shoes and unwind in front of the Smart TV.

Throw open the patio doors and venture out onto the enclosed terrace where you can soak in the unspoilt vistas with a crisp glass of wine.

High-gloss shaker-style fixtures and integrated appliances make the kitchen ideal for budding chefs to create mouth-watering meals to be enjoyed at the nearby dining table.

Four beautifully-decorated bedrooms are available at this lovely holiday home, with a double with stylish furnishings and access to it's very own en-suite shower room nestled on the ground-floor, and a sumptuous king-size settled alongside two twin rooms on the first floor.

Servicing the property is a contemporary family bathroom, fit with a bath and overhead shower, giving guests the choice between a soak amongst the bubbles or a quick morning rinse, with a spacious walk-in shower cubicle nestled on the ground-floor for your convenience.

In addition to the main house, there are two additional outdoor areas, a large rear garden with a spacious lawn, perfect for children to let off some steam, along with a well-kept patio where you can dine alfresco.

Abersoch is a great place to go for a day trip, with a wide variety of pubs, restaurants, and shops to choose from, as well as two stunning beaches where watersports are plentiful, or if you'd prefer to stay on land, test your swing at the local golf club.

There are three fantastic beaches settled within easy reach, including Machroes Beach, which is adjacent to Mickey's Boatyard's delightful tearoom, and Hells Mouth Beach, which is a long beach with trails through the grassy dunes and close to the historic landmark of Plas Yn Rhiw.

Porth Simdde, Aberdaron Beach, Traeth Porth Meudwy, and Mynydd Mawr are just a few of the natural wonders in the area.

Llanbedrog and Pwlhelli are just a short distance away, accessible via the Llyn Coastal Path, bus or car, and make for excellent days out for all ages; Pwlhelli also has a train station, so you can easily explore the wider area.

Whisk your loved ones away on a coastal retreat with a stay at Hillside.

About the location

ABERSOCH

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
