The property

Lane End is a wonderful, detached house on the edge of Abersoch.

This is a fantastic setting for a family of seven's seaside holiday, with far-reaching views of the surrounding countryside, Abersoch Golf Course, and the distant sea, as well as plenty of parking and gorgeous gardens.

Head inside to find a charming sitting room, where a toasty fire warms the space and ample furnishings surround the TV.

The kitchen is a stylish contemporary space with sleek cupboards storing a variety of equipment for the group's foodie to whip up a delectable meal for the entire family to enjoy.

Settle down at the country-style dining table in the sizeable dining room and reminisce about your seaside adventures as you gaze out over one of the lovely parts of the garden, this one featuring a cherry blossom arch that towers over a patio; a superb spot to relish a glass of wine in.

A utility room on the ground floor also serves as a storage space for beach equipment and wetsuits, as well as containing a washing machine and tumble dryer; a cloakroom is also available nearby.

Ascend the stairs to find three brilliantly decorated bedrooms, the first of which is an exquisite super-king-size room with smart, fitted storage and access to an en-suite bathroom, where you can relax after a day of excursions with a dip in the bath.

Continue on to the first floor to discover a double room with built-in storage and its own basin, allowing you to get ready for an outing easily; finally, the family room with a double and 2'6" single bed, which has nautical elements and is suitable for family groups, is located on the second floor.

The first-floor bedrooms share a fabulous family bathroom, which allows you to choose between a relaxing soak in the tub or an invigorating rinse in the walk-in shower.

Make the most of the incredible garden, which has been meticulously designed to be a wonderful place to relax, with beautiful landscaping throughout, expansive lawned areas for your furry friends to run about on, and a variety of seating areas where you can socialise in the sun, read a captivating book, or dine alfresco.

The close proximity to the Abersoch Golf Course will appeal to those who enjoy putting, and a short stroll will take you to Abersoch's two excellent beaches, watersports activities, as well as a variety of bars, cafes, and shops.

Spend the day at Llangenan, where you can enjoy a walk through the Hillfort to see the Lead Mine Chimney or stop for a pint at The Sun Inn, partaking in watersports at Hells Mouth Beach.

The friendly community of Llanbedrog can be found north of Abersoch and beholds a magnificent Gothic mansion of Plas Glyn y Weddw with its art museum and on-site café, a delightful beach where you may view many of coastal birds, and the historic Glyn Y Weddw Arms pub.

From the Plas yn Rhiw manor house to the seaside town of Pwllheli, there is so much more to discover on the Llyn Peninsula.

Choose a stay at the spectacular Lane End for a relaxing getaway by the sea.

Note: NO dogs allowed upstairs and please make sure you clear up the dog mess from the garden

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £200.

About the location

ABERSOCH

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.

Note: The front lawn is not enclosed. Note: Towels are Not provided
Note: 2 Dogs max an additional £50 for second dog
Note: NO dogs allowed upstairs and please make sure you clear up the dog mess from the garden
