BEDROOM 1 An excellent sized room which sleeps 4 comfortably in two bunk beds. White matching bedroom furniture comprising bedside table and chest of drawers and side lamps.

BEDROOM 2 A pretty twin bedroom decorated in lilacs, with two white framed beds with a bed side table and lamp and a feature occasional chair. Wardrobe and an ottoman for storage.

BEDROOM 3 This good sized bedroom is decorated in plums / purples with leopard print accent pieces.  Luxe furniture comprising smoked glass venetian bedside tables and dressing table.  Integral double wardrobe.

BATHROOM An excellent family bathroom with marble effect tiles, styled in greys and whites with feature lighting, this excellent space has a both a bath and a wet room| shower area. Heated towel rail, back to wall WC and vanity unit and sink with illuminated mirror over.

UTILITY This dog friendly room with designer Osborne and Little Dog Wallpaper is well equipped for your pampered pooch with dog bowls and dog crate. This useful room has plenty of storage and a washing machine and dryer.

First Floor

LIVING / DINING AREA  With spectacular views of the coast and St Tudwals Islands beyond this living room has been beautifully styled and is an excellent example of luxurious living with a touch of simplicity and elegance. There is a plush L shaped sofa and contemporary white furniture including a coffee table, storage unit and side tables. There is a selection of games and DVDs. Dining table with 8 chairs.

KITCHEN The kitchen has been styled in striking monochrome colours, the classic combination of black and white with striking contrast and effortless style. With a good selection of base and wall units, integrated appliances to include dishwasher, oven and hob and an American style fridge/freezer with icebox. CLOAKROOM An all white cloakroom provides a WC and Vanity unit with sink, with an illuminated mirror above.
