KITCHEN/DINING AREA 

A well designed open plan kitchen with large dual aspect windows, the kitchen has a large island that is also a breakfast bar which accommodates four stools. The kitchen cabinets are a combination of oak and muted tones with a marble worktop that ads brightness and luminosity. There is an excellent range of storage space, integrated microwave and an integral wine rack. There is a traditional range cooker with splash-back and cooker hood, larder style fridge, wine fridge and separate under-counter freezer, dishwasher. There is a large slate patio area with a table and chairs on which you can enjoy some Al Fresco dining or simply relax and unwind. At the front and side there is a large lawn and rockery area. There are steps that lead to the first floor and the wrap around balcony area with composite decking and infinity glass balustrade.  From the first floor there is outstanding views of the coast line, St Tudwals Islands and beyond that Snowdonia, there is a selection of rattan furniture and a swinging egg chair.
